New Features

✧ Space

Removal of the Copy Space Feature

• As previously announced, the Copy Space feature has been removed.

Updates to User Permissions

• Ownership transfer disabled
• The feature to transfer the Owner role of a Space to another user has been disabled.
• Restriction of Space Admins to a maximum of five users
• Previously, there was no limit on the number of users with Admin permissions per Space. However, as of the update, the maximum number of Admins per Space is now set to five.
• For Spaces created before the update with more than five Admins, their permissions will remain intact, but no new Admins can be added. To add a new Admin, you will need to remove existing Admin users until the total number is reduced to four or less.
• Updates to the sidebar app management permission [Owner -> Admin]
• Previously, only the Owner was able to add or delete apps from the sidebar. However, with the recent update, Admins now have that permission as well.
