⚙️ Space Settings

Now, as previously announced, you can access the Space settings and download data from the integrated settings window after entering the corresponding Space. Additionally, the Space settings are available while using the mobile version.

📢Prior Notice: Update to the Space Settings Pages

With this update, the previous separate settings page will no longer be available. All links to the previous settings page have been removed or disabled.

All settings are now categorized and accessible in the Space settings window.

New Settings

• You can now modify certain settings that were previously unable to be changed once a Space has been created.
• E.g., Space tags, Allow Search

Relocation of the Existing Setting

• Among the existing map settings, the option to disable direct link access has been relocated to the Entry Settings section under Space Settings > General. It is now called Always Start from Entry Map. If there was at least one map with the Disable direct link access feature enabled before this update, it will be automatically set to Always Start from Entry Map by default after the update. This setting will be applied on a Space basis. Please verify this feature on your own and reset the function if it does not meet your preferences.

⚙️ Map Settings

The map settings that were previously only accessible through the Map Editor can now be directly modified within the same settings window in the Space.

All settings are now categorized and accessible in the map settings window.

You can customize settings for individual maps.

Maps can only be deleted from the Map Editor > Map Settings.

(Map Editor > Map Settings (gear icon) > Delete)

Save Settings

• Click Save at the bottom of the settings window after making any changes.
• If you do not save your changes, a notification dialogue box for unsaved changes will appear. If you select Confirm without saving, the changes you made will not take effect.

🏞️  Improvements to Text, Image, and Website Dialogues

• Common

The Confirm button has been removed from dialogue boxes, and an X icon has been added for closing.

You can close dialogues by pressing the [ESC] key on your keyboard.

• Text Dialogue Box

The width of text dialogues has been adjusted for better readability.

• Image Dialogue Box
• When uploading a PNG image with a transparent background, the dialogue will display the image without any background, making it seamlessly blend into the surrounding content.
• The image you upload to the dialogue will be displayed in its original size. However, if the image exceeds the maximum size allowed, it may result in shrinkage of the image.
• The white outline around images has been removed.
• The dialogue size for images that require scrolling has been improved to provide a wider view, allowing you to scroll up and down more comfortably.

• Website Window
• The size of the dialogue boxes for websites has been optimized to provide a broader view of web pages.
• Enhancements have been made to the mobile responsive design.

• Multiple Choice Pop-Up
• The design of the common button component has been enhanced.
• Enhancements have been made to the mobile responsive design.

• Password Prompt
• The width of text dialogues has been adjusted for better readability.
• Enhancements have been made to the mobile responsive design.

• Interaction Toggle (Press F to trigger, arrow icon for mobile)
• Updated with a more intuitive phrase
• The icon for the interaction key has been updated for improved intuitive recognition.

🎥 Improvements to Video/Audio (WebRTC)

• Video Box

The outline color of the user's video box with audio output has been changed from purple to mint. Additionally, a voice animation has been added to the lower left of the video box.

• Share Screen

Previously, users had to choose between the sharing methods of Share My Screen and Share My Screen & System Audio. With this update, when clicking the Share Screen button, a pop-up window will open where users can select the specific screen they want to share. If you do not wish to share the system audio, please disable it by clicking the Share tab audio checkbox again.

Improvements to Space Commands

When you enter !help into the chat window, the list of Space commands that was previously displayed in the chat window will now appear in a separate dialogue window.You can check the commands available for Hosts to use in the Space.

• The original !destroy command has been divided into !destroyyspace and !destroymap, and now it can be applied on a space or map basis.

Update to Portal Images

• The portal images have been changed.

✧ ZEP Script Sidebar

• The margin and padding values of the iframe widget window for sidebar apps have been removed.If you are using widgets for the Asset Store or the sidebar apps, please refer to the provided information.
