Space Settings Updates

Space Search Feature

If you toggle Allow Search, your Space can be searched for or displayed on the ZEP homepage.

Category Tags

You can select all tags that represent your Space.

Avatar Images for the Loading Page Updated

Ta-da! This time, it’s Christmas. Check out our new Rudolph and Snowman avatars.

✧ Editor

Object Fine-Tuning and Corresponding Shortcut Key Added

Now you can elaborately adjust the location and size of objects with shortcut keys before stamping objects in the Map Editor.

Object Location Adjustment

• You can move an object by 1px by pressing cmd/ctrl and the arrow key (←, ↑, ↓, →) on your keyboard.
• While adjusting, the expected position of the object is displayed translucently. 😊

Object Size Adjustment

• You can enlarge or reduce the size of an object by 1% by pressing Shift and the arrow key (←, ↑, ↓, →) on your keyboard.
• The object adjust menu has also been updated.

1. Arrows (↑, ↓) have been added to the text boxes.
• Reset Button Added
• You can reset the size, location, and direction of the object to its original value by clicking the Reset Settings button.

Multiple Choice Pop-Up Feature Added to Object Settings

Objects/Top Objects > Object Settings > Pop-up Settings > Multiple choice pop-up

With this new pop-up feature, you can make multiple choice questions!

• Option: You can have a maximum of 8 options.

• When a user selects the correct answer, the action you set will be executed.
• Also, you can set a message for incorrect answers.

OX Quiz/Quiz Show

• You can set a time limit for participants to solve questions in the OX Quiz and Quiz Show apps.
• Enter the admin command !setTime 00 into the chat window.
• Replace “00” with the number you want to set.
• This cannot be changed while users are solving a question.

✧ ZEP Script

• player.storage
• player.storage is now available for those who are not signed in.
• However, the data will disappear 10 minutes after disconnection.
• moveObjectwWithKey
• The issue where an object didn’t move to the top left when the path was not defined has been fixed.
• player.attackSprite
• You can add animation to the poke feature (press Z) by putting sprite sheet images you want to use with player.attackSprite.
• App.addMobileButton
• You can customize the mobile interaction button.
• ZEP Script Interaction Object
• A new feature that connects objects installed in the Map Editor with ZEP Script has been added.
• You can install the feature from Map Editor > Object Settings > Type > Interact with ZEP Script.
• Set the ZEP Script condition as [Type = ObjectEffectType.INTERACTION_WITH_ZEPSCRIPTS].

New Official Avatars and Assets

🎉 13 New Avatar Hair and Costumes and 7 Object Sets Added! 🎉

• 5 types of hair, 5 types of clothing, and 3 types of faces have been added to ZEP official avatars!
• Winter is coming! 🥶 ☃️ Our avatars also need warm clothes for winter, so we’ve prepared!
• 🎄🎅 Of course, Christmas costumes and maps are ready for the upcoming holiday. Enjoy a special Christmas party in ZEP!

Bug Fixes & Updates

🕹️ Play

• The nickname settings window doesn’t appear by default for those who are not signed in. (You can activate the nickname window from Space Settings.)
• The issue where the interaction button didn’t disappear even after teleporting to a map location has been fixed.
• The issue where certain objects and embedded media features moved even though they were supposed to remain stationary has been fixed.
• The issue where the top outline of the uppermost user’s video box was blocked in the desktop mode (right) has been fixed.
• The issue where the area where video boxes were located was not reachable by mouse-clicking has been fixed.

📱 My Spaces List

• The list has been updated to show the Spaces in the order of purchase.
